TAVNE Member/Attendee Conference Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Conference Registration Fees

• The early registration fee is $425.00 and is available until October 1, 2025.

• Registrations received after October 1, including on-site registrations, will be subject to a late registration fee of $525.00.

• Special Circumstances: If an attendee registers before October 1, but needs to pay by check at the conference, will be allowed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference and sent to the Treasurer.

• Requests must include:

  • The reason for the refund request.

  • The name of the payee (individual or institution) to whom the refund should be issued.

• Refund requests should be sent via email to Audrey Trull at atrull@southplainscollege.edu.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds will be processed only after all outstanding debits/credits for the event have been reconciled.

• If issuing refunds would result in a financial loss for TAVNE, no refunds will be granted. Affected individuals will be notified accordingly.

• Refund requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to the conference to be considered.

• A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Attendee Substitutions
