Refund Policy:
Attendee Cancellation, Substitution, Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer. The request should include the reason the refund is requested, and whom to make the check payable to: (i.e. individual or institution). Please contact Audrey Trull regarding a refund. No refund checks will be prepared or mailed until all outstanding debits/credits for the meeting have been tabulated. If refunds would result in TAVNE losing money on the function, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Members requesting a refund would be notified that no refunds would be forthcoming. Refunds will be considered ONLY if TAVNE is notified prior to the meeting or up to five days after the meeting. No refund will be made if the above timelines are not met. All refunds will reflect a $100 processing reduction fee. No refunds or credits will be given to “No Shows”. Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing and emailed to Audrey Trull @ajarnagin@southplainscollege.edu.
