Member Registration

This annual event brings together vocational nursing educators, leaders, and advocates from across the state for three days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Attendees will enjoy dynamic keynote presentations and meaningful networking opportunities—all designed to support excellence in vocational nursing education.
 

Whether you're an experienced educator or new to the profession, the TAVNE Conference is your opportunity to connect, grow, and help shape the future of vocational nursing in Texas.

Late Registration

Standard Conference registration is $425 until October 1, 2025, which includes a $50 membership fee to TAVNE. Late conference registration received after October 1, registration will be $525.00, which includes $50 membership fee to TAVNE.  This registration fee grants you access to all conference sessions, materials, and networking opportunities. Join us in striving for excellence in vocational nursing education!  Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.  
When completing the personal information section, you will find that there is a section for "dietary restrictions."

TAVNE Member/Attendee Conference Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy


Conference Registration Fees: The standard registration fee is $425.00 and is available until October 1, 2025. Late registrations received after October 1, including on-site registrations, will be subject to a late registration fee of $525.00.

Special Circumstances: If an attendee registers before October 1, but needs to pay by check at the conference, payment will be allowed without registration increase. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference and sent to the Treasurer.Requests must include:

  • The reason for the refund request.

  • The name of the payee (individual or institution) to whom the refund should be issued.

Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only after all outstanding debits/credits for the event have been reconciled. If issuing refunds would result in a financial loss for TAVNE, no refunds will be granted. Affected individuals will be notified accordingly. Refund requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to the conference to be considered. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Attendee Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted and can be made through the registration website.
